Kappa Delta

The Alpha Lambda chapter of Kappa Delta can’t wait to welcome PC’43 into our sisterhood this fall!
Kappa Delta's During Recruitment 2011
Here at Kappa Delta we live by our open motto, “Ta Kala Diokomen” meaning, "Let us strive for that which is honorable, beautiful, and highest.”  Kappa Delta remembers that the most important aspects of being in a sorority are sisterhood and giving back to our community.

Every year we host our annual Shamrock Basketball Tournament and Spaghetti Feed to help benefit Prevent Child Abuse America and the local Looking Glass Shelter here in Eugene. This past year we raised $7500 which all went back to help our local community. Besides our own philanthropy, KD’s go out in full force for all other chapters philanthropies. KD is known for their enthusiasm in philanthropies including winning the Spirit Award in Sigma Chi’s Derby Days and Delta Gammas Anchor Splash last year. KD has also won Greek Week for the past two years and cant wait for this years Greek Week to start!

KD’s are involved all over campus including Clubs Sports, Panhellenic Council, Marching Band, UOPRSSA and Jam Squad just to name a few. KD’s pride themselves in being a well rounded house and having something to offer anyone who is looking for sisterhood and bonds that last a lifetime.
Go KD and Go Ducks!
